The Department of Business Administration Minor Program is conducted under the coordination of Assoc. Prof. Ebru DOĞAN and Assoc. Prof. Burçay YAŞAR AKÇALI in our department. The minor program allows students simultaneously take courses in a second undergraduate program of their interest and obtain a certificate. Applications for this program are accepted as early as the beginning of the third semester and no later than the beginning of the sixth semester.

For a student to be eligible for the minor program, they must have completed all the courses they must take until the term they applied. Their weighted cumulative grade point average (GPA) in the major program at the time of application must be at least 2.50. A student can only enroll in one minor program at a time. Students who complete the minor program are awarded a certificate of achievement (minor certificate) in their field of study. For the student to receive this certificate, their major GPA must be at least 2.00. Suppose a student's GPA in the major program falls below 2.00. In that case, they cannot take courses in the minor program in the following semester. Students who are eligible for graduation from the major program but fail to complete the minor program are granted a maximum of two additional semesters upon the decision of the relevant board. Students who graduate from the major program but fail to complete the minor program are awarded undergraduate diplomas for the major program. A separate transcript is prepared for the minor program. The courses in which the student has been successful in the minor program are not indicated on the major transcript and do not contribute to the cumulative GPA. Students can withdraw from the minor program at any time at their discretion. If a student withdraws from the minor program, they are not required to pass any failed courses in the minor program, if any.

The Dean's Office announces quotas, application dates, and special conditions at the beginning of the academic year. The Department of Business Administration, Double Major Program, is conducted under the coordination of Assoc. Prof. Burçay YAŞAR AKÇALI and Asst. Prof. Yiğit Yurder in our department. The double major program allows you to take courses from two different departments within the same faculty simultaneously, acquiring two different diplomas. Applications for this program are accepted at the beginning of the 2nd or 3rd year.

To be eligible for the double major program, a student must have completed all the courses required in the major undergraduate program until the term they applied. Their cumulative grade point average (GPA) at the time of application must be at least 3.00. A student cannot enroll in multiple double major programs at the same time. However, suppose the student meets the double major diploma program requirements. In that case, they can also enroll in a minor program.

Students can withdraw from the double major program at any time at their discretion. The relevant diploma programs determine the courses deemed equivalent in the major and double major programs. If courses have been taken previously, they are finalized at the time of the student's admission to the program; others are finalized within the respective term, with the decision of the Faculty Board. The courses deemed equivalent in the major and double major programs are included in the student's semester registrations for both diploma programs and are indicated on both transcripts. For a student to graduate from the double major program, their major GPA must be at least 3.00. A student eligible for graduation from the major program and completing the double major program with a minimum average of 2.00 is awarded the undergraduate diploma for the double major program. ,
